I am writing to complain about your poor hair cut service on 5 Mar 2011.
On that day, I was impressed by your advertisement that stated that you could provide an excellent hair cut service. However, the result was badly out of my expectation. Firstly, your reception staff did not greet me properly. Secondly, I needed to wait for (t...) whole day even (th......) I just would like to have a simple hair cut. It's totally disappointing! In addition, when I finished my hair cut, I found that it was totally different from what I (h...) requested.My head was shaved.
Since the service quality is extremely poor, I certainly hope you will offer me a refund immediately and a prompt response.

We are sorry that the hair cut services from us was unsatisfactory.
As the day you come to our salon is the peak hour, we have to serve a lot of customers. Although we have tried our best to serve the customer, we were not able to deal with it due to the massive number of (t....)customer.
We will seriously concern that problem and tried to employ more part-time workers in those hours. After our consideration, we will offer you a full refund.
